At Antipolo Grill & Chill, we’re all about bringing back the flavors that have shaped our journey. Our story begins with Nanay Cristy, the mother of John, one of our founders, who started selling Filipino BBQ and Sago't Gulaman over 21 years ago in Marikina. What began as a simple food venture quickly became a lifeline for her family—a delicious blend of hard work, hope, and those unforgettable street-side flavors.
Fast forward to today, and we’re continuing her legacy with a modern twist. When one of us got engaged and couldn't find a Filipino-themed mobile grill service that brought the same warmth and taste to the table, we decided it was time to step in. And so, Antipolo Grill & Chill was born—a tribute to the flavors that shaped us and an opportunity to create new memories over delicious, smokelessly grilled BBQ.
We are a trio of lifelong friends who have journeyed together through thick and thin, from launching Surprise Concepts Luxury Balloonery (a journey cut short by the pandemic) to building Mirror Print Studio last year. Now, we’re excited to bring the same passion and creativity to Antipolo Grill & Chill, delivering the familiar flavors that have touched our lives while adding a unique twist to every celebration.
