RESERVATION & PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Confirmation: Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a 40% non-refundable downpayment and a signed copy of the policies and agreement contract. Antipolo Grill & Chill Mobile BBQ Cart will not officially book the event date without both the signed form and the downpayment. If the Client submits the downpayment without the signed contract, the Client automatically acknowledges, agrees to, and understands the terms and conditions as binding for sealing the event date. The signed contract and waiver must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the contract agreement.
  2. Rush Reservation: For reservations made 1 to 3 weeks before the event, a 75% non-refundable downpayment is required to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the service time starts on the event date.
  3. Balance Payment: The remaining payment on the event date must be paid before the service time starts. Antipolo Grill & Chill accepts cash and bank transfers for downpayments and remaining balances, with proof of payment (deposit slip or screenshot). Cheques are not accepted.
  4. Overtime Surcharge: A surcharge of PHP 750 per extra hour will apply if the event exceeds the agreed end time.

EVENT SPECIFIC TERMS

  1. Reservation Duration: The reservation is valid for 3 hours from the agreed serving time. Any extension beyond this period may incur additional charges.
  2. Electricity: The Client must ensure a sufficient power supply for the smoke-free electric grill and cart. Any electricity costs imposed by the venue are the Client's responsibility.
  3. Crew Meal: The Client must provide a crew meal or a PHP 150 allowance per crew member.
  4. Floor Charge:Ā For events on upper floors, there will be an additional charge of PHP 150 per floor
  5. Setup Requirements: The mobile cart must be placed inside the event venue or under a secured shed/roof and near an electrical outlet for equipment and food safety, especially in case of adverse weather. Once set up, the cart cannot be moved.
  6. Venue Fees: The Client is responsible for any entrance, parking, or gate pass fees required by the venue.
  7. Transportation Fee: A transportation fee will be charged based on the distance from Antipolo to the event location. The fee will be calculated during the booking process and included in the final quotation.
  8. Out-of-Town Fees: For events held outside Antipolo, Angono, Cainta, Taytay, and Metro Manila, additional out-of-town fees will apply. These fees cover extra transportation and any other logistics required for the event. The specific amount will be determined based on the event location and communicated to the Client during the booking process.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

  1. Non-Refundable Downpayment: The downpayment made to secure the event date is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. No Rescheduling (Less Than 3 Weeks): If the Client requests to reschedule the event and the written notification is given less than 3 weeks before the scheduled date, all payments made by the Client, including the downpayment, will be forfeited in favor of Antipolo Grill & Chill. No refunds will be issued, and rescheduling will not be available.
  3. Rescheduling (More Than 3 Weeks Before the Event): If the Client wishes to reschedule the event and notifies Antipolo Grill & Chill via email more than 3 weeks before the event date, the event can be rescheduled within 90 days from the original date without any additional charge, subject to availability.
  4. Rescheduling Beyond 90 Days: If the Client reschedules to a new date that is more than 90 days from the original event date, provided that the email notification is given at least 3 weeks before the original event date, a 10% rescheduling fee will apply, based on the total package cost.
  5. Force Majeure: If cancellation is due to Force Majeure events—such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies beyond the control of either party—both parties agree to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date without penalty.
  6. Outdoor Events: For outdoor events, the Client must provide protection for the cart in case of sudden heavy rain (excluding typhoons). Cancellations due to weather on the day of or during the event will require full payment of the contract price unless the cancellation is due to force majeure.
  7. Client-Initiated Cancellation (Less Than 3 Weeks): If the Client cancels the event less than 3 weeks before the scheduled date, all payments made by the Client, including the downpayment, will be forfeited in favor of Antipolo Grill & Chill.
  8. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Antipolo Grill & Chill cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (other than force majeure), the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the downpayment.
